ABOUT US

Home At Last Community Development Corporation began in 2002, providing counseling services to youth between the ages of 10-21 years of age living in group homes or identified as “at-risk youth” in their school settings. During counseling sessions, a constant and reoccurring theme continued to emerge, “Once I turn 18, where will I live?” it was then that Home At Last recognized they were destined to do more. In 2010, Home At Last was granted $1.1 million dollars to operate Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing services to Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) between the ages of 18-25 years old.

Currently, Home At Last serves as one of the leading agency providers to Los Angeles County and surrounding cities. Home At Last has successfully maintained Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing services (now called Rapid Rehousing), Temporary and Permanent housing services to TAY as well as single adults and families.

Home At Last vision is A World Where Everyone Has A Home.
