In return, Home At Last is able to extend the First Class Experience to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through case management, advocacy and acts of human kindness.

RAPID REHOUSING (FORMERLY KNOWN
AS HOMELESS PREVENTION AND RAPID
REHOUSING PROGRAM):

Rental Assistance up to 60 months. Rapid Rehousing helps individuals who are experiencing homelessness quickly obtain housing by providing financial assistance and connections to resources.

How you can help

RECOVERY REHOUSING

Rental Assistance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and are high risk for COVID-19. Recovery Rehousing offers financial assistance and targeted supportive services to increase self-sufficiency and housing.

COORDINATION ENTRY SYSTEM

Provides immediate access to temporary/permanent housing and connect people to interventions that aim to rapidly resolve their housing Crisis.

How you can help

INTERIM HOUSING

Provides temporary housing. Case management, linkage support and job readiness services are offered as an attempt to ensure self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Three meals per day are provided.

Temporary emergency shelters during the cold season.
Three meals per day are provided.
